Our story
Tommyknocker Brewery is located in such a majestic location, rich in environment and history. As a craft brewery, we hold sustainability close to our hearts. Creating craft beer with quality ingredients, water from the mountain source, and offering a Mountain Craft Beer lifestyle, going solar was an easy choice. Living in Colorado, with 300 days of sun, we wanted to harness that power and use it to make our craft beer. When we give tours, talk to distributors, or discuss with the locals about our beer, it’s a heartfelt moment when we say the water comes from right over there *points to the mountains and the creek*, some of our ingredients come from just down the road *Pine boughs from the ski resort, peaches from Palisade* and the power from the sun.
