Our story

From the moment Alamo Beer Company was conceived, sustainability was at the forefront. For ALAMO, being pioneers in the craft-beer space as champions for sustainability and solar power is a core part of our mission. Not only did it make sense financially, going solar allows ALAMO to be good stewards among our community while making smart business choices in our manufacturing process. The system was installed in 2015 and in 2019 it has paid for itself and the brewery uses every bit of energy it produces.
