Our story

When Red Lodge Ales moved to our current location, the decision was made to install a solar thermal energy system. This system was part of a REAP grant. The solar hot water panels provide space heat through the floor heating in the winter, while providing hot water in the summer. With an average of 200 sunny or partly sunny days, we are glad we can harness some of that energy and use it in the brewery.
