Sierra Nevada invested in solar more than a decade ago and is proud to have the largest solar installation in craft beer! Onsite, renewable energy at both our California and North Carolina breweries is a key component of our commitment to sustainable operations and an important investment in the global effort to tackle climate change. Sierra Nevada is an advocate for solar and all forms of clean, renewable energy which provide economic, social, and environmental benefits to our company and the planet.
Founded in 1980, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is one of America’s premier craft breweries, highly regarded for using only the finest quality ingredients.
